⚡Prepare A Cardano Wallet

Teiki Mainnet will operate on real tokens, and all transactions are verified and recorded on the blockchain.

Step 1: Set Up A Cardano Wallet

Skip this Step if you already have a Cardano Wallet

(This guideline will showcase the setup with Nami Wallet.)

Step 1: Add Nami Wallet Extension to your browser

(Applicable browsers are Chrome, Brave, and Edge.)

• Access: https://namiwallet.io/

• Click on the browser you are using to add the extension

• You will see the wallet icon on the extension list when the extension is successfully added.

• Create a new wallet/ access to your available wallet.

Step 2: Set Up Mainnet

The default network is typically "Mainnet," but there are other networks such as "Preprod," "Preview," and "Testnet" that you could accidentally switch to.

Make sure to verify that you're on the intended network.

# For Nami Wallet

Step 1: Log in to your wallet

Step 2: Click on your profile logo => Choose "Setting" => "Network" => "Mainnet"

You will see the "Mainnet" on top of the wallet interface.

# For Gero Wallet

• Access GeroWallet to add the extension to your browser

• "Create a GeroWallet" to create a new wallet

# For Eternl Wallet

• Access Eternl Extension

• Choose the Mainnet Network

• Click "Add wallet" => "Create wallet"

Step 3: Get ADA To Your Wallet

Skip this step if you have already had a sufficient ADA balance.

Step 1: Get your Cardano wallet address

Click on "Receive" => Copy Address (Using copy icon)

Step 2: Transfer ADA to your Cardano wallet

There are two typical ways of transferring $ADA tokens to a Cardano wallet.

Option 1: Buy $ADA from CEXs, then transfer them to your Cardano wallet.

For example, you can buy $ADA on Binance and withdraw $ADA to your Cardano wallet.

Option 2: Swap on DEXs, then transfer them to a Cardano wallet.

For example, you can swap BNB - ADA on PancakeSwap, then send $ADA to your Cardano wallet.

Note: A small network fee for swapping and sending transactions will be charged.

• Check your balance

It might take up to a few minutes for the transfer to complete as it requires multiple block confirmations.

You can check the status by checking your platform's Txid on https://cardanoscan.io or check the platform's withdrawal details.
